Yoga at Evolution: Promoting Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace
Evolution has now launched weekly yoga sessions for employees, in order to help support and encourage staff to be aware of their health and wellbeing.
As we all know, physical activity is vital when it comes to prioritising your health, but many of us may struggle to make time for lengthy gym sessions, or fitness classes at times that don’t fit in with our work lives and family schedules. At Evolution, our employees come first, which is why we decided to launch free weekly yoga sessions for any staff who are interested in taking part, in order to promote health and wellbeing in the workplace.
