Step 1: Initial Client Meeting
At this stage, Evolution consultants work collaboratively with you and your recruiting team to gain insights into your organisation, organisational culture and requirements. You will be assigned your very own Account Manager who is dedicated to developing strong long-term relationships with you and your recruiting team.
Step 2: Our Talent Sourcing Strategy
Our detailed understanding of your organisation and requirements will guide our search process. Consultants will leverage on our comprehensive Candidate Search Capability, involving our global network of 6 million professionals working in IT and IT-related positions.
We will critically evaluate the most promising professionals and present only best-fit candidates to you and your recruiting team. We will communicate with you regularly throughout this time, sharing market feedback and providing sourcing updates. By working this way, we expedite the hiring process for you and you acquire market knowledge to make informed decisions about the hire.
Step 3: Shortlisting Candidates
With a shortlist of the most suitable candidates, we work collaboratively with you to schedule interviews and technical tests (where required).
Step 4: Concluding the Search Process
The last step involves salary negotiation with you and the selected candidate, based on the candidate’s experience and compensation history. Where required, our Consultants will conduct reference check on your behalf. Our frequent communication with you keeps you well-informed about the status of the negotiations, offer and acceptance. After the acceptance, we remain in close communication with you, your recruiting team and the new hire to facilitate a smooth and timely transition and onboarding.
